 Management Qualifications ILM is now one of the largest specialist Institutes for management development, qualifications and membership in the United Kingdom. ILM Level 3 - Introductory Certificate in First Line Management The Level 3 Introductory Certificate in First Line Management aims to give practising or potential managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The programme has three primary objectives: · to assist participants in gaining the basic knowledge required by a manager · to develop basic management skills · to improve the performance of managers and their teams Course OverviewDesigned to improve the performance of managers this programme will cover ten modules including; leadership, motivating others, building the team, measuring performance using performance indicators, problem solving, decision making, effective time management, planning change & giving effective feedback. ILM Level 2 - Introductory Certificate in Team Leading The Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Team Leading aims to give practising or potential team leaders and supervisors the foundation for their formal development in this role. The programme has two primary objectives: · to assist participants in gaining the basic knowledge required by a team leader · to develop basic team leading skills · to improve the performance of team leaders & supervisors Course Overview Designed to improve the performance of supervisors & team leaders this programme will cover six modules including; the role of the team leader, motivating the team, organising yourself and your time, effective communication, planning & organising the teams work and problem solving.
