The answers to such questions can be provided by understanding the nature and structure of teams and how their formation can be crucial to the level of success they achieve.

Who should attend?
Any team within an organisation.  This programme will specifically assess the individuals within the team and then the inter relationships between team members, creating a clear development plan for improved performance in the future.

Objectives
Using the internationally renowned psychometric tools developed by Saville & Holdsworth Ltd, this programme will aim to identify strengths and areas for development within any team from Director level, downwards.  The programme will
